By now, you have seen that we are a little bit different than Traditional Schools. If you havent, then check this out:

Traditional Martial Arts Schools...

  • Expensive

  • Can give you a great learning experience and instruction.

  • Limited daily/weekly sessions

  • Time in rank requirement

  • Long time commitment

  • Limited tournament opportunities.

  • At a Dojo, Kwoon or other gym

  • Learn history, language and other non combat related gems.

SACMMA

  • Inexpensive.

  • Will give Great learning experience and instruction

  • Unlimited sessions

  • Fast learning/progression

  • No required time in rank.

  • Personalized to fit your size.

  • Go to any tournament you want and represent your skill and your independance.

  • Practice anywhere you want, as often as you want.

  • Focus is on fighting skills, discipline/Attitude and threat assessment

  • Assertiveness and Anti bully feedback. (saves you from yourself, but encourages you to get what you want)

Traditional schools have options for practicing up to 5 days a week, sometimes 2 times a day. Attending approximately 35-40 sessions, will take almost 3 months before being ready for  yellow belt in Tae Kwon do. and there is that time in rank requirement.

Imagine working the program 5-8 times daily!

SACMMA delivers that option, That is what makes it possible to advance so quickly here. You still need about 35-40 sessions to advance with the proper skills, but you can do that many in a week or two. AND, you wont need to wait for the time in rank requirement. When it is time for testing, proper balance, posture, "snap", fluent motion and many other variables will be taken into consideration. You can do a front snap kick, or a dragon step, but can you do them properly? If you cannot, then you will not advance.

It is important to always remember that our techniques will be weak if we try to advance too quickly. so... work this program as often as possible. Remain true to the principles and know your limits. Our techniques are safe (for you), if executed properly. Although accidents may sometimes occur, SACMMA cannot accept any responsibility for injuries or damage to property. Train in a safe, well-lit site away from protruding items, countertops, shelves, etc .Train on a surface large enough for you to excercise the maneuvers, and ensure that it is cleared of toys, clothes and other item that may trip you up.

The Yellow belt Test for Wushu is the same as the Yellow belt test for Karate, TKD and the rest. The same holds true for the Green belt test. After passing the Green belt test, You will need to indicate which program you want to pursue. Past this stage, the techniques are Very different from each other. Notice that the S.P.A.R. program also has different pricing
